Use Streamable HTTP with OAuth. Open the normal Presto login in my browser and let me approve the consent screen. If this Muse version cannot connect to remote MCP servers with OAuth, tell me instead of claiming a connection.

After authentication, call list_workspaces and let me choose a workspace if there is more than one. Then call get_ad_performance with its workspace_id and days: 30. Summarize spend, clicks, and conversions from the returned data, noting anything unavailable.

Presto MCP is read-only unless I approved write access. Do not publish posts or launch ads without asking me first, and do not claim a successful connection or live results until the tools confirm them.

What to know about connecting your advertising workspace to your AI assistant.

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to external tools and data. Presto provides a remote MCP server, so a compatible assistant can read your workspace data after you sign in and approve access.

How does Muse fit in?

Muse can use the same Presto MCP connection as other compatible assistants. Add the remote server, sign in with your normal Presto login, and approve the consent screen. Requires a Muse version with remote MCP and OAuth support.

What data can my assistant read?

Workspace discovery, paid ad performance, site analytics, organic post performance, CRM pipeline, bookings, campaigns, ad drafts, and connected social accounts. Available data depends on the sources connected to your Presto workspace and your access to that workspace.

Can it change my campaigns?

Only if you allow it. Every assistant connects read-only. If you tick the write-access box when you approve it (or switch it on later in Connections), it can publish and schedule social posts (and edit or cancel them before they go out), stage ad campaigns as paused drafts, and launch or pause them. Launching spends your ad budget, so only workspace owners and admins can launch, within your workspace's daily-budget cap.

How do I disconnect an assistant?

Open Connections in your Presto workspace and find Agent access (MCP). You can review the assistants with access and revoke a connection there.
